Each listed company is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, representative, joint venturer, or partner of Phyn LLC.

Phyn does not perform installation services and does not direct, supervise, control, or guarantee the means, methods, or results of any installation work performed by a listed professional. All installation‑related matters, including pricing, estimates, scheduling, permitting, inspections, code compliance, and workmanship, are the sole responsibility of the professional. Any agreements for installation services are strictly between the homeowner and the selected professional, and Phyn is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any such agreements or resulting obligations.

If a professional is designated as a “Phyn Pro” or “Verified Pro,” that designation reflects only the professional’s participation in the Phyn Pro Program. Such designation does not constitute a certification, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by Phyn regarding the professional’s qualifications, licensing status, insurance coverage, pricing practices, compliance with applicable laws, or quality of services. Verified Pro status is based on information available at the time of enrollment only; Phyn does not conduct ongoing monitoring or reverification.

Professionals participating in the Phyn Pro Program represent that they are legally authorized to perform plumbing work in the jurisdictions in which they operate, possess the skills necessary to install Phyn products, and will comply with all applicable laws, codes. However, homeowners are strongly encouraged to independently verify a professional’s licensing, insurance coverage, qualifications, and pricing before engaging any services.
