*Standard Installation
Standard Installation includes installation of a Phyn Plus device either in-line or via a plumbing loop, as required, using existing accessible piping without requiring modification of main line components, on an accessible main water line (¾" to 1¼"), with a nearby power outlet and Wi-Fi connectivity at the installation location.
A Standard Installation applies when the main water line is exposed and accessible without removing walls or other permanent structures, the pipe material is compatible (non-galvanized), and a working power outlet is available within 10 feet. It does not include plumbing repairs, code-related upgrades, electrical work, modification of main line components (such as PRVs, fire suppression branches, or other branch connections), structural modifications, or major pipe modifications.
Your assigned installer will evaluate the installation conditions upon arrival and determine the appropriate installation method based on your property’s setup. In some cases, existing plumbing conditions may require work outside the scope of a Standard Installation. If additional work is needed, the installer will provide a quote for approval before proceeding. Payment for any approved additional work or materials is the responsibility of the property owner and must be paid directly to the installer.
