1. Sponsor
The Phyn Whole Home Protected Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Phyn LLC (“Phyn” or “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to licensed insurance agencies attending The American Agents Alliance 2026 Conference & Expo that complete and submit a Partner Advantage application during the Giveaway entry period.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and authorized to participate on behalf of an eligible insurance agency.
Employees, officers, and directors of Phyn, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
One (1) entry per eligible insurance agency. Multiple entries submitted by or on behalf of the same agency will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at [Sept 24th , 2026 at 8am PST] and ends at [Sept 26th ,2026 at 5pm PST] (the “Entry Period”).
To enter, an eligible agency must complete and submit a Partner Advantage application during the Entry Period through the designated Phyn registration process at The American Agents Alliance 2026 Conference & Expo.
4. Prize
One (1) eligible agency will be selected to receive a Phyn Whole Home Protected bundle, consisting of:
- One (1) Phyn Plus automatic water shutoff and monitoring device;
- One (1) Phyn Smart Assist service; and
- Phyn Sense water sensors;
along with professional installation at the winner’s qualifying residential home.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000+.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except that Phyn reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The installation location must be an eligible residential property within the continental United States and must meet Phyn’s applicable installation requirements. Additional limitations or exclusions may apply.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will take place on or about [September 28th , 2026].
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided with the winning entry. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and complete and return any required documentation within [5] days of notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Prize Installation
Phyn will coordinate with the winner to schedule professional installation.
Installation must take place at an eligible residential property in the continental United States and is subject to site, equipment, connectivity, and other applicable installation requirements.
The winner is responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation location and for any costs or work not expressly included as part of the prize.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Phyn, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Phyn reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, provides inaccurate information, or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.
Phyn reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
8. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide information necessary for applicable tax reporting.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Phyn’s applicable privacy policy and may be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, and for other purposes disclosed at the time of entry.

11. Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the Giveaway. In the event of any conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control.
